Each item is hand crafted by people who understand original carriage reproduction
materials and styles.
All woven items are stained in your choice of colour. Each piece is top-coated with three brushed applications of either "Danish" oil or "Marine Spar Varnish". To stay with tradition, primed and painted black is also available. There is an additional premium to this finish priced according to size. |
Baskets are
hand-woven on molds just like the "Nantuckets". Sizes are available
to suit "Pony" to "Park Drag". All baskets are woven with a leather
insert on the inside of the bottom which serves to cushion the tops of
the umbrellas.
Belt loop spacing is placed to best fit your vehicle mountings. Mounting straps are available in either russet or black leather with chrome or brass hardware to match your turnout. Custom mounting brackets are available on request. |
